Second, just email us and let us know you weren't happy with your candle, and we'll ship you another. You don't need to send the original back. Give it to a friend, or if it is that bad, give it to an enemy. The point is that we don't need it back. ​ Note: You get one free return per order. It's not 31 flavors. We can't give out a free sample of every candle, so please don't be that person.

Sing to it. Remind it of how pretty it is. But mostly, follow the guidelines below... Burn for at least one hour the first time you use it. This will prevent tunneling and drowning out your wick. Pop off the burnt part of the wick with your finger and thumb before each use. This will keep your wick at 1/4-1/8th of an inch. Never burn for longer than four hours. This will help preserve the candles scent. Don't leave the candle unattended. It's an open flame. Things can happen.
